Returns and Payment Guidelines
At www.www.delhidigitalprint.com, we want to make sure that your online shopping experience is great in terms of range, price and delivery. “If you received a damaged product” We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will arrange for the replacement or refund. Only defective/damaged products will be accepted for returns/refunds.
1. Customer can be cancel order within 1 day after place order.
2. Customer needs to raise an alert with us within 2 days from the date of delivery for being eligible for the return.
3. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or an items not ordered by you, please contact on our customer care number (+91-9716908854) and email id email@example.com.
4. Only those products will be eligible for return policies which are received by us within 10 working days of the date of delivery.
5. MADHUKAR SPORTS PVT. LTD./Delhi Digital Print retains the rights to examine whether the product returned is defective/damaged and based on the verification MADHUKAR SPORTS PVT. LTD. will either reship/replace the product to the customer.
6. In case product is defective or damaged then the MADHUKAR SPORTS PVT. LTD. team will replace and reship the product to the same shipping address of the customer subject to the availability of the stock of the product.
7. In case the returned product is not defective/damaged then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reship to the shipping address of the order.
8. Customer will have to bear the shipment charges for the replaced/reshipped product.
9. If the product stock is unavailable then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer through registered email.
10. All the Refunds, Replacement will be processed once the returns are received at our office.
11. We will refund payment within 3-7 Days and product replacement within (7-15 Days).
12. We will take bank transaction charge 2% + GST 18% only refunds payment.
